The Land Use and Sustainability Committee works to improve the Miami Beach quality of life through committee collaborations with the public. With goals of reducing negative impacts on our natural resources, this committee focuses on programs in green building, conservation, transportation initiatives, and green economic development throughout Miami Beach.

The Land Use and Sustainability Committee Meeting will be held as a Hybrid Meeting. During the Hybrid meeting, the Committee will be physically present in a socially distanced manner in the Commission Chamber while City staff attends the meeting virtually.

The public are encouraged to attend the meeting virtually (please see location link below). However, members of the public who wish to attend the meeting or provide public comment in person may appear at the Commission Chamber. At a minimum, members of the public are encouraged to wear facial coverings and observe social distancing, consistent with CDC guidance to limit the spread of COVID-19.
